Information we collect
When you contact us through the website, we collect only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and your message. The form asks for nothing else — no dates, no number of guests and no payment details.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange your stay. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We use three service providers to run the site and deliver your enquiry, and each of them processes your personal information on our behalf: Resend delivers the enquiry email to us; Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs of requests to it; and Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the enquiry form is being used by a person and not a bot. None of them use your information for anything else.
Cookies
We use one cookie, called NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers whether you are reading the site in English or Afrikaans. Your browser also keeps a note that you have seen the cookie notice, so it does not appear on every page. There is nothing else: no tracking, no measurement and no advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to its processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
